Community Paddle is our social kayaking community for paddlers with a minimum of IPP2 certification who want to get on the water together with fellow kayaking enthusiasts. We start again on May 26th and meet every Tuesday for the following month, with the expectation of continuing throughout the season if there is enough interest.

Community Paddle is your opportunity to get on the water at least once a week, meet like-minded paddlers, and enjoy some great kilometres on the water while exploring Copenhagen Harbour together.

Feel free to bring your kayaking friends along ☺

Each session is led by an instructor from Kayak Republic, and all paddles take place in Copenhagen Harbour. If you have specific wishes for routes or areas to explore, feel free to ask the instructor on the day.

Practical Information

• You must have completed an IPP2 beginner course or hold equivalent experience to participate.
• Registration is required and binding.
• Sessions are only cancelled in cases of severe storms, thunder, or lightning. Rain and wind will not stop us.

Price

If you need to rent a kayak, this can be added during registration. Kayak rental for Community Paddle costs DKK 150 per session and includes the paddle session and all necessary equipment; except a dry suit.
